LCTI applications for the 2021-2022 school year are due by February 26th, 2021. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors at SHS can find the application via email from Mr. Anderson.

Any applications not received by the 26th of February cannot guarantee admission by the priority deadline of March 15th, 2021.

When asked how she made her decision to attend, Candice Bresnak, a freshman at SHS, responded with this statement: “I was considering attending this year, but I thought it would be better if I didn’t. I decided I want to try it next year instead.”

Mr. Anderson and Mrs. Moyer are responsible for the applications being transferred to LCTI. The timing of the submissions is important to guarantee enrollment in the next year and to eliminate the chance of your application not finalizing.

Mr. Anderson has this to say, “ If interested in attending LCTI for the 2021 – 2022 school year, submitting your application by February 26, 2021 is important…doing so ensures Salisbury students that they will be able to attend in the Fall.”

In an email interview, Mr. Anderson answered questions regarding LCTI applications. He revealed the importance of submitting your applications by the deadline- stating that LCTI already has a priority deadline for school districts to submit applications; if school districts do not meet these deadlines then the students can be put onto a waiting list with no promise of attending in the fall. Mr. Anderson also addressed a question asking if students need to meet with their counselors to submit applications.

Mr. Anderson said this in response, “Students do not need to meet with me or Mrs. Moyer prior to submitting their application, however when processing their application, Mrs. Moyer or I may contact the student if there are questions before we submit their application to LCTI.”

In conclusion, Mr. Anderson and Mrs. Moyer are willing to answer any further questions regarding  LCTI applications. As Mr. Anderson stated in his email to the student body,  “If you have any questions, please contact your school counselor.” Be sure to turn in your application as soon as possible.
