Pod Save the ‘Bury is a new podcast that offers an insight into student interactions hosted by four Salisbury Seniors, Justin Burkhardt, Brett Minnick, Patrick To, and Zachary Peace. Various censored discussions of in school topics and out of school activities create the basis for an off the wall conversation from these four with occasional guest hosts.

Every year students obsess over the weather in the winter. Every freshman turns into a junior meteorologist and tries to figure out exactly when and how our school schedule will be interrupted by snow days, early dismissals and 2-hour delays. So, in the spirit of trying to avoid going to school in the winter, we decided to take a look at our winter break this year.

In 2005, Carol Aebersold wrote the book, “The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition”, beginning the newly loved Christmas tradition. Around 2013, this tradition blew up. Many families began buying these elves to place around their homes and join in on the fun to find Santa’s little elf. So, what’s the story behind these elves?

If you happened to have read my latest article, you already know that Ms. Lucas’s Intro to Theater class has been learning how to perform and memorize a monologue. Each student was given a packet with multiple monologue excerpts from different plays, and they each chose the one they wanted to perform the most.
For the last month, members of the Falcon Courier staff have investigated various issues that impact the Salisbury community. The results of these endeavors will be posted over the next week.
