NFL Week 2
By Kyle Hartzell
Week two in the NFL was action packed and full of excitement. There were some key games during week two, some teams needed to get back on track after their week one losses. As some teams still continue to struggle, it may be due to the fact that they are losing some major players.
The Seahawks are one of the teams that continue to search for their first win in the 2015-2016 season. They were anticipated to get off to a great start coming off a Super Bowl appearance in the 2014 season and Super Bowl champion in 2013. Some teams seem to have some luck, but are then put back down in the dumps due to injuries as Cowboys lost Tony Romo, and Dez Bryant. Losing their star quarterback and their star receiver is a big hit to their team, but they still came out with a 20-10 win over the Eagles. There were also some “upsets” during week two. The Raiders beat the Ravens 37-33 and the Buccaneers winning over the Saints 26-19. Bailey Marks states “I think that the Eagles will overcome their losses and come back and have a winning season.” Those are some bold words from Marks as the Eagles face off against the Jets who are coming off a big win from last week.
As some teams are looking to battle back from their losses, others are looking to continue their winning streak. It will be a struggle for some teams as they lost some key players, but they have people to fill their spots and their will continue to work hard until they return.
